This is generally the number 1 goal of new clients I meet. There is so much misinformation on weight loss and my job is to help guide you through the fundamentals of combining good nutrition and great training.

Don’t panic I’m not here to ban all the fun food and make you eat lettuce. That’s in fact one of the myths of dieting. Starving and depriving yourselves on a strict diet is a huge pitfall in your goal to lose weight.

I’ve worked with clients from 100 pounds overweight and clients who can’t shift that last 5 pounds. The important part is showing up and working together.
