Sport Specific Training

I love the gym, but it’s not the only thing that drives me. I enjoy Rock-climbing, Triathlons, Cycling, Golf and many more outdoor activities.

If there is a sport you love and want to improve on then sport specific training is for you.

I’ll design programs for you so you can strengthen your throwing, quicken your reaction times for basket ball or tennis, increase your hill climbing on bikes or lengthen your golf drives.

Each sport uses the muscles, heart and body differently.

By working specifically on strengthening the movement involved in your sport, or increasing the ability to uptake oxygen or improve endurance this will help you make great stride forward not just for your health but for what you enjoy most.
