If the gym isn’t for you or you’re tired of doing endless cardio on machines lets get outside. I take clients for HIIT training at Runyon canyon; Bike rides by the beach, hikes and even outdoor boxing practice

It’s a much more enjoyable prospect than going on a treadmill!
