Kickboxing is an incredible way to keep fit, lose weight and keep an all round mental well-being.
If you’re looking to do flying back kicks, upside down like Bruce Lee I’m probably not the guy you want. I work with my clients not just to get them sweating and there heart moving but also to provide a skill they can keep with them and use.
I want you to be able (hopefully the time will never come) to be self sufficient in defense. In my experience when the bodies fight or flight defense kicks in practice and muscle memory takes over and it’s that power I want to pass on to you.
